The egg is replaced with a super food that gives you your daily dose of omega 3's and b-vitamins, and butter is replaced with 100% vegatable shortening-without sacrificing flavor or that signature taste and fluffiness you'd expect from a B. Doughnut. Note, our vegan dough still contains gluten.
